How to Return a Product

In the event that you'd like to return or exchange a product you purchased through HaierAppliances.com, we’ll be happy to help you through the process.

Return Policy

Large Appliance Returns

Products delivered by a Haier Appliances authorized delivery agent.

Return within 7 Days and Receive Full Product Refund
You may return an appliance for refund or replaced up to 7 days after the date the product is delivered to your home without paying any restocking or pickup fees. Be sure to inspect your appliances for damage within the first 7 days.

Service charges, such as delivery and installation fees will not be refunded.

Returns and Replacements within 30 Days
Returns or replacements requested after 7 days, but less than 30 days after the delivery date, will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus a pick-up fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned appliance.

All items being returned for a refund, must be in re-sellable condition. A refund will be issued after the product(s) have been picked up and deemed re-sellable.

No returns or replacements after 30 days
If the 30-day return period has passed, and your appliance is still under warranty, you may schedule a repair online (fees may apply). For more information on warranty service, call 1-800-799-3396.

What to Expect When Returning a Large Appliance

When you call 1-800-799-3396, you'll be given a return authorization (RA) number. You will need this return authorization number before the appliance can be picked up for return.

Once you've received a return authorization number, a Haier Appliances authorized delivery agent will contact you to coordinate pickup of the product. You must be present at the time of product pickup/exchange to complete the return.

Return Policy for Pickup Orders

Orders you picked up from an authorized delivery agent.

If you picked up your appliance from one of our warehouse locations and decide to return it for any reason (including concealed damage), you are responsible for bringing it back to the original pickup location. You must request any return within 30 days of the date you picked up the appliance. All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned appliance.
